At Belgrave St Peter’s, we firmly believe there is a link between attendance and achievement. When a pupil is absent they miss out on important learning time, the time lost can never be caught up.

By attending school regularly pupils are given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

A child with 90% or less attendance is classed as persistently absent and school will contact you either in person or by letter to request a meeting to discuss how we can support you and your child to improve attendance.
